Return policy<\/b><\/p>

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can place your order within <\/span>14 days<\/b> return after receipt. Please read our return policy below and follow the instructions to process a return.<\/span><\/p>

  1. Return conditions:<\/b><\/li><\/ol>
    • Returns can be made within <\/span>14 days<\/b> after receiving the product.<\/span><\/li>
    • The product must <\/span>unused<\/b> and <\/span>in its original state<\/b> verkeren (including packaging, labels, etc.).<\/span><\/li>

            • The consumer is responsible for the return package until we receive it in good condition<\/b>. We therefore always advise you to pack the parcel well and choose a reliable shipping method.<\/span><\/li>
            • Should the parcel be damaged or lost during return, you, the consumer, are responsible for any damage or loss. It is therefore important that you send the package properly packed and insured (e.g. via track & trace).<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                • Once we have approved your return request, we will send you further return instructions.<\/span><\/li>
                • After receiving the returned product and checking its condition, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within <\/span>14 days<\/b> refund to the account you used when ordering.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                    • Discounts and promotions<\/b>: Products purchased at a discount or as part of a special promotion may be <\/span>not returned<\/b> become.<\/span><\/li>
                    • Sealed products<\/b>: Products whose seal has been broken may <\/span>not returned<\/b> become.<\/span><\/li>
