The AST Removable Roll Cage BMW E34 Touring V2 is a full roll cage for the BMW 5 Series E34 with 5-door Touring bodywork. This removable roll cage E34 Touring V2 builds on the V1 structure and adds front reinforcement bars running towards the bulkhead.

The cage is designed and built by AST Roll Cages in Spain, for drivers who want to make the front of their E34 Touring noticeably more rigid than the base version allows.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. The six foot plates are welded to the bodyshell; the cage is then bolted onto them. When fitting the front reinforcement bars, allow for the position of the dashboard and the wiring in the bulkhead.

The V2 extends the roll cage to the bulkhead, so that the front of the E34 Touring also becomes part of the structure.
