Return policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can place your order within 14 days return after receipt. Please read our return policy below and follow the instructions to process a return.

  1. Return conditions:
  • Returns can be made within 14 days after receiving the product.

  • Once we have approved your return request, we will send you further return instructions.
  • After receiving the returned product and checking its condition, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days refund to the account you used when ordering.
