Return policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can place your order within 14 days return after receipt. Please read our return policy below and follow the instructions to process a return.

1. Return conditions:

• Returns can be made within 14 days after receiving the product.
• The product must unused and in its original state verkeren (including packaging, labels, etc.).
• Opened or damaged products cannot be returned unless the product is defective.

2. Return shipping costs:

• The cost of returning the package is for the consumer. This means that you are responsible for the return shipment and associated costs.
• We recommend sending the return parcel by registered post or with track & trace so that you can track the parcel and have proof of the return.

3. Responsibility in case of loss or damage:

• The consumer is responsible for the return package until we receive it in good condition. We therefore always advise you to pack the parcel well and choose a reliable shipping method.
• Should the parcel be damaged or lost during return, you, the consumer, are responsible for any damage or loss. It is therefore important that you send the package properly packed and insured (e.g. via track & trace).

4. Return process:

• To initiate a return, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with the order number and the reason for your return.
• Once we have approved your return request, we will send you further return instructions.
• After receiving the returned product and checking its condition, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days refund to the account you used when ordering.

5. Exceptions:

• Discounts and promotions: Products purchased at a discount or as part of a special promotion may be not returned become.
• Sealed products: Products whose seal has been broken may not returned become.
• Specially ordered products: Products ordered specially at the consumer's request may be not returned become.
• Individual newspapers and magazines: Opened newspapers or magazines may not returned become.
• Clearly personalised products: Products that are clearly personal in nature may be not returned become.
• Gift vouchers: Gift vouchers can not returned become.
• Prices subject to financial market fluctuations: Products whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence, may not returned become.
