We automatically provide an invoice for all purchases, in the Netherlands the VAT is 21%. Other countries in the EU if a valid VAT number will receive an intra-community invoice with tax exemption. Countries outside the EU will pay the tax rate I their country.
What about shipping costs?
Shipping is free only when using a discount code, shipping rates depend on country, weight or package size and is calculated after you enter your address on the checkout page.
I accidentally entered the wrong address details while placing my order, can this still be amended.
If you have entered the wrong address details, we recommend that you contact our customer service so that we can change your address details.
Please note that we cannot change the address after the parcel has been sent to us.
I have received notification that my order has been shipped. When can I expect my order?
If you complete the order before 16:00 on a working day, it will be shipped to you the same day. Your order is usually delivered the next day by PostNL both in the Netherlands and Belgium.
We are not responsible for delayed delivery by PostNL due to busy sorting centres.
Please note no orders are dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays, nor on public holidays (Netherlands and Belgium)
