The AST Bolt-in Roll Cage BMW 2002 V2 is a full roll cage for the BMW 2002 with 2-door coupé bodywork. This Bolt-in BMW 2002 V2 offers a higher level of equipment than the V1 and is secured with six bolts to six foot plates that are welded to the bodyshell.

The cage is designed and built by AST Roll Cages in Spain, for drivers who regularly take their classic 2002 on track and want more rigidity and protection than a basic cage provides.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. Allow for welding when planning: the six foot plates are welded to the bodyshell before the structure is bolted onto them. AST digitises the bodyshell with laser scanners and designs the cage in 3D, so that it fits your car exactly.

Can I assemble the cage myself?
