The AST Bolt-in Roll Cage BMW E24 Coupé V4 is a full roll cage for the BMW 6 Series E24 with 2-door coupé bodywork. This Bolt-in E24 Coupé V4 is the most comprehensive specification in the bolt-in range: on top of the bar layout of the V3, it adds an extra diagonal and a bar to which the harnesses can be attached.

The cage is designed and built by AST Roll Cages in Spain, for drivers who are building their E24 into a fully fledged competition car and want to get the most out of the bolt-in design.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. As this is the most extensive version, the interior must be completely stripped before you start, and the six foot plates are welded to the bodyshell. AST digitises the bodyshell with laser scanners and designs the cage in 3D, so that it fits your car exactly.

The V4 is the highest specification in the bolt-in range for the E24, with a bar to which the harnesses can be attached.

Why choose this Bolt-in E24 Coupé V4?

In a car of this size, a rigid cabin is the difference between steering that does what you ask and a bodyshell that flexes with it. The V4 connects the front and rear of the interior with the most material in the range. The harness bar also allows neat, controlled mounting of a racing harness, something many regulations require.
