Stilo ST5 F 8860 Carbon

FIA 8860-2018 approved

The latest Stilo ST5 F 8860 helmet is made from the very best moulded, autoclaved carbon. Unlike the other helmets in the Stilo range, this 8860 version is made of solid carbon for high strength and low weight. This, combined with the use of EPS (expandable polystyrene), results in a very lightweight helmet with extremely high safety standards (meets the latest FIA 8860-2018 approval).

– Integrated plugs: No more loose cables and possible breakages. The complete electronics package is integrated into the helmet, as is the plug for the radio. For track use, there are separately available wiring connectors for connection to the most common car radio systems. The socket is located on the left side of the helmet.
– Adjustable microphone: Magnetic-dynamic microphone with noise reduction. Comes with spacers to position the microphone closer to the driver’s mouth.
– Earmuffs: Certified for track use, as they provide excellent insulation against ambient noise. They are detachable and not fitted with speakers, which are not allowed on the track: communication is always via earplugs. The pressure of the earmuffs on the head can be adjusted by changing the special foam pads (supplied) between the earmuff and the helmet.
– Double bowl: Two different scales: one for small sizes (XS, S, M and L-59) and one for large sizes (L-60, XL, XXL and XXXL).
– Optional: Front spoiler, rear spoiler, air intakes, visors, tear-offs, Top Air system and driver hydration system.
