The Stilo ST5 R 8860 Rally helmet is made from the very best moulded, autoclaved carbon. Unlike other helmets in the Stilo range, this 8860 version is made of solid carbon for high strength and low weight. Equipped with a professional WRC intercom system and complies with the latest FIA 8860-2018 approval.
The ST5 series helmets are significantly lighter than the competition and have the smallest shell sizes in their class. Enhanced ventilation and an improved interior provide the ST5 series with unmatched comfort.
The Stilo ST5 R 8860 is equipped with Stilo's superior WRC intercom system, including: noise-cancelling ear cups with speakers, a magnetic-dynamic noise-cancelling microphone and a fully integrated intercom connector. Supplied with factory-fitted FHR (HANS) clips.

- Integrated plugs: No more loose cables and possible breakages. The complete electronics package is integrated into the helmet, as is the plug that connects to the intercom. The plug is located on the right side of the helmet. Specially designed for use with the Stilo ‘WL’ wireless communication system, but they are perfectly compatible with all Stilo DG and WRC series wired amplifiers.
- Adjustable microphone: Magnetic-dynamic noise-cancelling microphone. Supplied with spacers to position the microphone closer to the driver's mouth.
- Earmuffs: Provide excellent insulation against ambient noise and contain the intercom speakers. The pressure of the earmuffs on the head can be adjusted by changing the special foam pads placed between the earmuffs and the helmet.
- Valve: Adjustable visor specially designed to provide sun protection.
- Preparation drinking system: Optional drinking system that allows the driver to easily stay hydrated during a race and with quick connectors that allow him to easily get in and out of the car.
-Double bowl: Two different scales: one for small sizes (XS, S, M and L-59) and one for large sizes (L-60, XL, XXL and XXXL).
