The BC Racing ER coilover kit GR86 (part number C-185-ER) is a coilover kit adjustable in height and damping, also simply called a coilover, for the Toyota GR86 (ZN8), from model year 2022. The spring rate is 5 kg/mm front and 5 kg/mm rear.
The ER series is a 2-way adjustable coilover kit with external reservoir, made for serious track and competition use. You set compression and rebound separately, each in 30 clicks. This lets you tune the bump and rebound damping of the GR86 separately to the circuit and your tyres.
The monotube dampers have two pistons and a digressive characteristic, and BC Racing fills them with fully synthetic oil with a very high viscosity index. Camber plates are fitted on suitable kits, rubber top mounts are optional. The kit is intended for GR86 drivers who are on track often and seriously.

Fitting and delivery
The kit is vehicle-specific and replaces the original dampers and springs. We recommend having it fitted by an experienced mechanic. After setting the ride height, have the alignment measured again; with a 2-way kit it pays to then adjust the damping step by step on a test day.
