The big brake kit Transit Courier from V-Maxx is a complete brake kit for the front axle of the Ford Transit Courier and Tourneo Courier (JN8/JU2), model years 02-2014 to 12-2023. The kit has 290 mm two-piece, grooved brake discs and 4-piston calipers made of forged aluminium and already fits behind 15 inch wheels.

A compact van that is driven loaded every day demands a lot from its brakes. This kit gives more braking power and keeps the braking behaviour consistent, even under repeated hard braking. The delivery includes V-Maxx sport brake pads with TÜV approval and the adapters to which the original rubber brake hoses connect. Fitting and delivery

Fit the kit according to the V-Maxx fitting instructions supplied and observe the tightening torques given in those instructions. The kit is only suitable for cars with original steering knuckles. Clean the brake kit with mild soap and not with wheel cleaner, as it attacks the aluminium. For heavy track use, V-Maxx recommends removing the dust seals from the calipers.

Options: V-Maxx Steelflex steel braided brake hoses 460 mm (set of 2) with PTFE inner hose and TÜV approval, Ferodo brake fluid (500 ml) and a V-Maxx wear indicator set. Delivery time: 4 to 7 days.
