What about shipping costs?
Shipping is free with an order of €45. Shipping costs are €6.95 for the Netherlands and Belgium.
I accidentally entered the wrong address details while placing my order, can this still be amended.
If you have entered the wrong address details, we recommend that you contact our customer service so that we can change your address details.
Please note that we cannot change the address after the parcel has been sent to us.
I have received notification that my order has been shipped. When can I expect my order?
If you complete the order before 16:00 on a working day, it will be shipped to you the same day.
Your order is usually delivered the next day by PostNL both in the Netherlands and Belgium.
We are not responsible for delayed delivery by PostNL due to busy sorting centres.
Please note no orders are dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays, nor on public holidays (Netherlands and Belgium)

From the moment you complete the order to the moment your order is delivered, we will keep you informed about the status of your order by e-mail.
