This intercooler 600x300x76mm with 58 mm (2.25 inch) connections is the universal front-mount intercooler for turbo and supercharger builds where the piping is somewhat smaller than 3 inches. The large core noticeably lowers the intake air temperature, resulting in more stable performance, more power and greater reliability under high load.

The universal design makes it suitable for a wide range of projects and custom builds: from a turbo on a BMW 6-cylinder to a 1JZ or 2JZ swap. The 58 mm connections fit directly onto 2.25 inch piping and silicone couplers.

The intercooler is supplied without mounting hardware, so you can build it into the bumper exactly to size with your own brackets. If you want 3 inch connections, we also offer the same core in that version.

Fitting and delivery

Mount the intercooler in front of the radiator behind the bumper using your own brackets and connect it with 2.25 inch piping, silicone couplers and T-bolt clamps. Carry out a pressure test for leaks after fitting. Allow half a day’s work including piping. The intercooler is supplied to order; delivery time is 4 to 7 days.
