Description
Thermo-Tec insulation bandage resists temperatures above 1100 °C well.
Additional carbon fibre increases tyre strength and prevents discolouration.
Its main application is the insulation of exhaust manifolds and downstream components of the exhaust system.
It effectively lowers the temperature under the bonnet and speeds up exhaust gas removal, which has a positive effect on power output.
In turbo engines, Thermo-Tec tape improves turbine operation by increasing exhaust energy.
Recommended for demanding units.
