The Sparco IS-200 Plus intercom (00537048) is a professional analogue intercom control unit for driver and co-driver, with Nexus female connectors instead of the jack plugs of the standard IS-200.

With the dual potentiometer each person sets their own volume. You power the IS-200 Plus from the 12V battery or a 9V battery, and mount it on the roll cage or dashboard.
