The EBC Yellowstuff brake pads (DP4914R) are designed for drivers who demand more from their braking system. These high performance brake pads combine strong braking power with reliability for everyday use as well as sporty driving.

Thanks to the special Yellowstuff compound, these brake pads deliver up to 15% better braking performance compared to standard pads. They maintain their grip even under repeated hard braking and are therefore well suited for sporty street use, mountain roads, track days and light rally or racing use.

The brake pads are R90 approved and can therefore simply be used on public roads. The integrated ‘break-in coating’ ensures that the brake pads perform optimally immediately after fitting, without a long break-in period.

Combined with slotted EBC OR Zimmerman brake discs, you get the most out of this set: strong bite, consistent braking power and minimal fading, even under heavy loads.

Explanation EBC brake pad compounds (colours)

EBC uses different colours to clarify the type of brake pad and its intended use. Each colour represents a different composition and application.

Greenstuff - street use

Greenstuff is intended for normal to light sport street use.
These brake pads have less dust formation than standard pads and are quieter.
Suitable for daily car use with occasional sportier driving.

Redstuff - premium street & sporty

Redstuff is a ceramic brake pad for sporty street cars.
Less brake dust, quieter and better bite than standard brake pads.
Ideal for heavier or faster street cars that run mainly on the road.

Yellowstuff - sporty street & trackday

Yellowstuff is a high performance brake pad.
Suitable for sporty street use, mountain roads, track days and light racing use.
Works well at low and high temperatures and has little fading.

Bluestuff - track use

Bluestuff has been developed for heavy track use.
Very high friction and heat resistant, but less suitable for daily street use.

Orangestuff - competition

Orangestuff is a real racing block.
Not street legal, intended for professional racing use with maximum braking power.

Ultimax2 - standard replacement

Ultimax2 is EBC's replacement for original brake pads.
Similar performance to OEM, but often slightly better lifetime and less dust.
