The AST Bolt-in Roll Cage BMW E34 Touring V1 is a full roll cage for the BMW 5 Series E34 with 5-door Touring bodywork. This Bolt-in E34 Touring V1 is the basic version with a main hoop and braces, and forms the foundation on which you can build up your car step by step.

The cage is designed and built by AST Roll Cages in Spain, for drivers who want to bring their E34 Touring up to a serious level of safety in one go, without immediately opting for the most extensive set of bars.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. The six foot plates are welded to the bodyshell, so have the cage fitted by a specialist with welding experience. AST digitises the bodyshell with laser scanners and designs the cage in 3D, so that it fits your car exactly.

The V1 gives your E34 Touring a full roll cage in E355 steel, anchored on six welded foot plates.

Does this cage also fit an E34 saloon?

No. This cage is designed for the five-door Touring body of the E34. Its dimensions differ from those of the Saloon, so a Saloon cage will not fit a Touring, nor the other way round.
