The AST Multipoint Weld-in Roll Cage BMW F21 V4 is a full roll cage for the BMW 1 Series F21 with three-door hatchback bodywork. This Multipoint F21 V4 differs from the standard weld-in cage in having ten welded mounting points instead of eight, which spreads the load over more points on the bodyshell.

The cage is designed and built by AST Roll Cages in Spain for teams and builders who want to spread the forces from a welded-in cage as widely as possible.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. With ten welded mounting points, there is more preparation work on the bodyshell than with an eight-point weld-in cage; the interior has to come out completely and the welding should be left to an experienced fitter.

Ten welded mounting points spread the forces more widely across the F21 than the usual eight.
