The AST Removable Half Roll Cage BMW E30 Coupé V1 is a half roll cage for the BMW E30 3 Series with 2-door coupé bodywork. This Removable Half Cage E30 Coupé V1 protects the rear compartment and can be taken out of the car in sections via connecting sleeves, so your E30 remains usable on the road. It is made for the rear-wheel-drive E30; a separate range exists for the all-wheel-drive 325iX.

The cage is designed and built by AST Roll Cages in Spain, for drivers who use one car for both the track and the road and don’t want to be stuck with a fixed cage every week.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. AST digitises the bodyshell with laser scanners and designs the cage in 3D so that it fits your car exactly. The four foot plates are welded to the bodyshell once; the cage is then bolted onto them, and you can remove and refit it without any welding.
