The AST Removable Half Roll Cage BMW E91 Touring V2 is a half roll cage for the BMW 3 Series E91 with 5-door Touring bodywork. This removable half cage E91 Touring V2 is the more extensive version of the half cage, with more tubing than the V1.

AST Roll Cages builds the cage to order in Spain, for drivers who want more rigidity at the rear than the base version offers.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. Please note: the four foot plates are welded to the bodyshell, so have the cage fitted by an experienced workshop.

The V2 gives you more tubing at the rear than the V1 and is still a removable half roll cage.

What is the difference from the V1?

The V2 is the more extensive version and has more tubing than the V1. Both are mounted at four bolting points and are removable.

Is any welding required?

Yes. The four foot plates are welded to the bodyshell. The cage is then bolted onto them, and you can remove it again via the connecting sleeves.

Does this cage fit an E90 saloon?

No, this cage is custom-made for the five-door Touring bodywork of the E91.

What if my car has a sunroof or headlining?

When ordering, please state whether your car has a sunroof and whether the headlining will stay in place, and AST will tailor the roll cage accordingly.
