AST Removable Roll Cage BMW E30 Touring V1

The AST Removable Roll Cage BMW E30 Touring V1 is a full roll cage for the BMW E30 3 Series with 5-door Touring bodywork. This Removable Roll Cage E30 Touring V1 is made for the rear-wheel-drive E30 Touring and protects both the front and rear compartments; the basic layout consists of the main hoop with braces, bolted in at six points and removable again via connecting sleeves.

The cage is designed and built by AST Roll Cages in Spain, for drivers who want full protection but also need to be able to take the cage out again.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. The six foot plates are welded to the bodyshell, after which you bolt the cage itself onto those plates. Allow sufficient time for this and have the welding carried out by someone experienced with roll cages.

AST digitises the bodyshell of the E30 Touring with laser scanners and then designs the Removable Roll Cage E30 Touring V1 in 3D. As a result, the tubes and foot plates end up in exactly the right place and you don’t have to adjust anything.

Does this cage fit the all-wheel-drive E30 325iX?

No. This version is intended for the rear-wheel-drive E30 Touring. For the all-wheel-drive 325iX there is a separate AWD version with its own part number.

What if my car has a sunroof?

When ordering, please state whether your car has a sunroof, and AST will tailor the roll cage accordingly.
