The AST Removable Roll Cage BMW E36 Compact V1 is a full roll cage for the BMW E36 with 3-door Compact bodywork. This Removable Compact V1 is the basic version of the removable range: the structure is split into separate sections that are joined together with connecting sleeves, so the cage can be installed in the car and taken out again.

The cage is designed and built by AST Roll Cages in Spain, for drivers who want a fully fledged cage in a car that is also used on public roads.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. AST digitises the bodyshell with laser scanners and designs the cage in 3D, so that it fits your car exactly. When fitting, bear in mind that the sections must go into the car in the right order, so that the connecting sleeves line up without any stress.

Why choose this Removable Compact V1 roll cage?

If you use your Compact both on track and on public roads, you don’t want a cage that is permanently fixed in the car.
