The AST Removable Roll Cage BMW E36 Compact V3 is a full roll cage for the BMW E36 with 3-door Compact bodywork. This Removable Compact V3 is the most comprehensive version in the range and yet can still be dismantled: the structure is split into sections joined together via connecting sleeves, so the cage can be fitted in the car and taken out again.

The cage is designed and built by AST Roll Cages in Spain, for drivers who get the most out of their Compact and don’t want to sacrifice the ability to remove the cage.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. AST digitises the bodyshell with laser scanners and designs the cage in 3D, so that it fits your car exactly. As this is the most comprehensive version, it pays to go through the fitting order of the individual sections beforehand, before the connecting sleeves are tightened.

The most extensive version for the E36 Compact, and it still comes out of the car in sections.
