The AST Weld-in Roll Cage BMW E30 Touring V1 is a full roll cage for the rear-wheel-drive BMW E30 3 Series with 5-door Touring bodywork. This Weld-in E30 Touring V1 is the basic version: a main hoop with braces that is permanently welded to the bodyshell at eight points.

The cage is designed and built by AST Roll Cages in Spain, for drivers who are converting their E30 Touring into a safe drift or track car and want to expand the cage themselves later on.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. Welding in is permanent and should be carried out by a specialist, as the quality of the welds determines the strength of the entire structure.

You specify this when ordering: in the rear suspension area or at the wheel arch. AST builds the cage for the anchorage you choose.
