The BC Racing ZX coilover kit E90 E92 5.5/8 (part number I-03-ZX) is a coilover kit adjustable in height and damping, also simply called a coilover, for the BMW 3 Series E90 Sedan and E92 Coupe with rear-wheel drive, excluding the M3, model years 2005 to 2011. The spring rate is 5.5 kg/mm front and 8 kg/mm rear.
This BC Racing ZX kit for the BMW E90 and E92 has 3-way dampers with external reservoir, combined with springs of 5.5 kg/mm front and 8 kg/mm rear. That is the same spring rate as the BR and DS kits for this car, and softer than the ZX version with 10/12 kg/mm.
The ZX combines the damper basis of the DS with the external reservoir of the ER. With 20 clicks of low-speed compression, 12 clicks of high-speed compression and 30 clicks of rebound, you tune the damping precisely for the circuit or drift track.
