The AST Half Roll Cage Nissan Silvia PS13 Coupé V1 is a half roll cage for the rear compartment of the Nissan Silvia PS13 with two-door coupé body. This Half Roll Cage PS13 V1 stands on four bolt points on base plates that are welded to the body, and is supplied as one welded structure.

The PS13 coupé is a popular drift and track car, and exactly that kind of car needs a stiffer rear body: on a shell of this age every tube counts. This V1 is the basic version: a main hoop behind the seats with stays running back, tying the rear body together without having to strip the whole interior.

Installation and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. The four base plates are welded to the body, then the cage is bolted onto them. On a PS13 of this age, check beforehand that the mounting areas are free of rust: welding onto corroded panels gives a cage that will not do its job in a crash. The rear seat and the rear trim come out. This cage is intended for circuit and competition use; check the regulations of your own motorsport organisation beforehand.

No. This cage is designed for the two-door coupé. The three-door hatchback has a different rear body and gets its own cage from AST, which you will find separately in our shop.

Is this half roll cage welded in?

The four base plates are welded to the body. The cage itself is bolted onto them.

Can the rear seat stay in?

No. AST does not design its half roll cages to keep the rear seat. Expect the rear seat to come out.

What is the delivery time?
