The BC Racing BR coilover kit Skyline R33 (part number D-16-BR-RS) is a coilover kit adjustable in height and damping, also simply called a coilover, for the Nissan Skyline R33 GTS and GTS-t with rear-wheel drive (ECR33), Coupe and Sedan, model years 1993 to 1998. The spring rate is 8 kg/mm front and 5 kg/mm rear.
For the R33 GTS and GTS-t that is mainly driven on the road and does the occasional track day, the BR series is the all-round choice from BC Racing. The monotube dampers have a linear piston and 30-click damping adjustment. Please note: this kit is for the rear-wheel drive ECR33; the GT-R R33 and the GTS-4 with four-wheel drive are excluded.

Fitting and delivery
This BR kit is vehicle-specific for the rear-wheel drive R33 GTS and replaces the original dampers and springs. We recommend having it fitted by an experienced mechanic and booking a wheel alignment straight afterwards, because camber and toe change along with the height. The delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks as long as the manufacturer has stock. Even if BC Racing temporarily has the kit out of stock, you can still order it; we will then let you know when it arrives.

Should I choose the BC Racing BR or the DS for my Skyline R33 GTS?
Choose the BR if the car is mainly driven on the road with the occasional track day; the DS is more track-focused. The DS has a digressive piston, the BR a linear one. For the R33 GTS the DS comes in two versions: with rubber top mounts at the front (D-16-DS-DS) and with a pillowball or camber plate at the front (D-16-DS-DA).
Does the BC Racing BR kit for the R33 GTS have pillowball top mounts?
No. The D-16-BR-RS has rubber top mounts at the front; at the rear, rubber or the original mounting is used.
