Range Rover Evoque V-Maxx Big Brake Kit 365 mm 6-piston

The big brake kit Evoque 365 mm is the largest V-Maxx brake kit for the Range Rover Evoque, with 365 mm two-piece brake discs and 6-piston calipers made of forged aluminium.

The larger disc diameter gives more braking torque, and that comes in handy on a car with the weight of an SUV. At least as important is heat dissipation: the caliper, bracket and bell are made of aluminium, which conducts heat about 5 times better than steel, and the discs have directional cooling channels. This keeps the braking performance consistent, even under repeated hard braking.

The kit fits all Evoque versions from 110 to 213 kW (06-2011 to 12-2019) and requires wheels of at least 19 inch. You get it ready to fit with V-Maxx sport brake pads with TÜV approval and adapters for the original rubber brake hoses. The kit has a TÜV certificate according to §19.3, and V-Maxx Autosport, a Dutch manufacturer, gives a 2-year warranty.

Fitting and delivery

Fit the big brake kit Evoque 365 mm according to the V-Maxx fitting instructions supplied and observe the tightening torques. The kit is only suitable for cars with original steering knuckles.

Use a mild soap for cleaning and no wheel cleaner, as it attacks the aluminium. For heavy track use, V-Maxx recommends removing the dust seals from the calipers.

Available as options: V-Maxx Steelflex steel braided brake hoses 500 mm (set of 2) with PTFE inner hose and TÜV approval, Ferodo brake fluid (500 ml) and a V-Maxx wear indicator set. Delivery time: 4 to 7 days.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the 365 mm and the 355 mm kit for the Evoque?

Both kits have 6-piston calipers made of forged aluminium, TÜV approval and the same applications (Evoque from 110 to 213 kW). The big brake kit Evoque 365 mm (20 RR365 01) has larger discs and therefore more braking torque, but requires wheels of at least 19 inch. The 355 mm kit (20 RR355 01) already fits from 18 inch.

Does the kit fit behind my wheels?

You need wheels of at least 19 inch. Always check the clearance with the fitment template (WFC); depending on the wheel, a wheel spacer may be required.

Can I use this kit on public roads?

Yes. The kit has a TÜV certificate according to §19.3 and is approved for use on public roads, also with an officially approved power upgrade. The kW limits in the application list refer to the original output.

Does V-Maxx also offer a kit for the rear axle?

No. V-Maxx only supplies kits for the front axle, because about 90% of the braking power comes from the front axle.
