The big brake kit Citroën C3 from V-Maxx Autosport brings 330 mm brake discs and 4-piston calipers made of forged aluminium to the front axle of the C3 (S). It is a complete kit supplied ready to fit: calipers, two-piece discs with aluminium bells, V-Maxx sport brake pads with TÜV approval and vehicle-specific adapters.

The kit is made for drivers who push their C3 hard on the track, at a track day or in club competitions. Where standard brakes become less consistent after a few hard stops, the big brake kit Citroën C3 keeps braking at the same level for much longer.

Fitting and delivery

Fit the big brake kit Citroën C3 according to the V-Maxx fitting instructions supplied. The kit is only suitable for a C3 with original steering knuckles. Clean the brake kit with a mild soap; wheel cleaner attacks the aluminium, so do not use it. For heavy track use, V-Maxx recommends removing the dust seals from the calipers.

Optionally, we supply V-Maxx Steelflex steel braided brake hoses for the front axle (500 mm, set of 2) with PTFE inner hose and TÜV approval, Ferodo brake fluid (500 ml), a V-Maxx wear indicator set and an extra set of Ferodo FDSR216 DS Performance brake pads without TÜV approval. If you want a caliper colour other than the standard red (RAL 3020), black, blue and yellow are available at extra cost. Delivery time: 4 to 7 days.

Is it normal for the brake pads to click?
