This big brake kit Zafira Tourer is the V-Maxx brake kit for the front axle of the Opel Zafira Tourer (P-J/SW) with PCD 5×115. It consists of 330 mm two-piece brake discs on floating aluminium bells, 4-piston calipers made of forged aluminium, V-Maxx sport brake pads and vehicle-specific adapters.

Fitting and delivery

Fit the kit according to the V-Maxx fitting instructions supplied with it, including the tightening torques. The kit only fits original steering knuckles. Never use wheel cleaner on the brake kit, as it attacks the aluminium; mild soap is sufficient. For heavy track use, V-Maxx recommends removing the dust seals from the calipers.

Options for this kit: a caliper colour of your choice (black, blue or yellow at extra cost), V-Maxx Steelflex steel braided brake hoses for the front axle (620 mm with convex-concave adapter set, set of 2, PTFE inner hose, with TÜV approval), 500 ml of Ferodo brake fluid, the V-Maxx wear indicator set and an extra set of Ferodo FDSR216 DS Performance brake pads; these pads have no TÜV approval. Delivery time: 4 to 7 days.
