With this E46 rear jack point you jack up the entire rear of a BMW E46 in one go. The jacking point sits in the middle behind the bumper, so both rear wheels come off the ground at the same time. No more searching for a spot under the sills of a car that barely sits above the tarmac.

Installation and delivery

The E46 rear jack point is mounted under the original rear beam. The only modification to the car is a small cut-out in the middle of the rear bumper, through which the jacking point protrudes. To work comfortably, remove the rear bumper so you have free access to the beam.

Because the E46 rear jack point consists of two parts, you can remove the jacking tube when you drive on public roads. You then see almost nothing under the bumper. After jacking up, always put the car on axle stands before you get underneath, and use a jack that is suitable for the weight of the rear.
