Renault Fluence V-Maxx Big Brake Kit 330 mm 4-piston

With the big brake kit Fluence from V-Maxx, the Renault Fluence gets a complete performance brake kit for the front axle, with 330 mm two-piece brake discs and 4-piston calipers made of forged aluminium.

The kit fits all versions of the Fluence from 63 to 162 kW, built from February 2010 onwards. Whether you drive the car heavily loaded, cover a lot of mountain roads or take it to a track day: the kit is designed to stay consistent even under repeated hard braking. Caliper, bracket and bell are made of aluminium, which conducts heat about 5 times better than steel.

V-Maxx Autosport is a Dutch manufacturer and supplies the kit ready to fit, with V-Maxx sport brake pads with TÜV approval and adapters that connect to the original rubber brake hoses. With the TÜV certificate according to §19.3, the kit is approved for use on public roads, and you get a 2-year warranty.

Fitting and delivery

Fit the big brake kit Fluence according to the V-Maxx fitting instructions supplied, including the tightening torques stated in them. The kit is only intended for cars with original steering knuckles. Do not use wheel cleaner, as it attacks the aluminium; clean the kit with a mild soap. For heavy track use, V-Maxx recommends removing the dust seals from the calipers.

Optionally, you can extend the kit with a different caliper colour (red RAL 3020 as standard, or black, blue or yellow at extra cost), V-Maxx Steelflex steel braided brake hoses 460 mm (set of 2) with PTFE inner hose and TÜV approval, Ferodo brake fluid (500 ml), a V-Maxx wear indicator set and an extra set of Ferodo FDSR216 DS Performance brake pads without TÜV approval. Delivery time: 4 to 7 days.

Braking confidence is not a luxury but a basic requirement: with 330 mm discs and forged 4-piston calipers, the Fluence brakes predictably even after a series of hard stops.
