With these E46 Compact door panels you replace the original door cards of your BMW E46 Compact with lightweight aluminium panels. They are made of 1 mm thick aluminium, CNC-cut and powder-coated black on one side. One panel weighs 1.2 kg. The price is for a complete set for the whole car.

Installation and delivery

How you fit the E46 Compact door panels is up to you. Pop rivets or black self-tapping screws work well and give a neat finish. First remove the original door trim, hold the panel against the door, mark the fixing points and drill the holes. Deburr the holes and touch up any bare spots in the steel against rust.

After fitting, check that the door handle and the lock still work freely. If you use original steel doors, you can still tuck cables away behind the panel or remove unnecessary insulation material. You will find more interior parts in our door panels category.
