Installation and delivery

The E36 harness mount is secured in the car’s original mounting holes. If your E36 still has the B-pillar trim, you need to make an opening in it for the mount. Then adjust the support tubes so that the bar sits tight and free of tension in the car.

Route the shoulder straps between the limiters and check the angle of the straps relative to your shoulders. Always follow the harness manufacturer’s fitting instructions and tighten all bolts to the correct torque. Check the mounting regularly, especially after intensive track use.
