The AST Multipoint Weld-in Roll Cage BMW E46 Saloon V3 is a full roll cage for the BMW E46 with 4-door saloon bodywork. This Multipoint E46 Saloon V3 builds on the V2 and adds door bars, so that for the first time in this range the driver is also protected from the side.

The cage is designed and built by AST Roll Cages in Spain, for drivers who expect side contact on track or during a rally and tailor their build accordingly.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. AST digitises the bodyshell with laser scanners and designs the cage in 3D, so that it fits your car exactly. Because of the door bars, the door cards have to be modified or removed, so plan getting in and out and your seating position in advance.

From V3 onwards there is steel between you and the door, without the cage losing its custom fit.
