The AST Removable Half Roll Cage BMW 2002 V1 is a half roll cage for the BMW 2002 with 2-door coupé bodywork. This removable half cage BMW 2002 V1 sits in the rear compartment, is mounted on four bolting points and can be taken back out of the car via connecting sleeves.

The cage is designed and built by AST Roll Cages in Spain for owners of a 2002 who alternate between using their classic on track and on public roads and don’t want to drive around permanently with a full structure.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. The four base plates are welded to the bodyshell once; after that, the structure itself can be removed. AST digitises the bodyshell with laser scanners and designs the cage in 3D, so it fits your car exactly.

Protection for the track, and afterwards a 2002 you can simply take out on the road again.
