The AST Removable Half Roll Cage BMW F30 Sedan V1 is a half roll cage for the BMW 3 Series F30 with 4-door saloon bodywork. This removable half cage F30 Sedan V1 consists of the main hoop with backstays and reinforces the rear compartment, while the front of the interior remains completely clear.

The cage is designed and built by AST Roll Cages in Spain, for drivers who use their F30 at track days and drift events and want to keep using the car normally the rest of the time.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. Bear in mind that the four foot plates have to be welded to the bodyshell by a welder; only then do you bolt the cage in place. AST digitises the bodyshell with laser scanners and designs the cage in 3D so that it fits your car exactly.

A half roll cage you can take out again in an afternoon, without sacrificing rigidity at the rear.

Frequently asked questions

Does this cage also fit a BMW 3 Series Touring?

No. For the F30, AST only offers versions for the 4-door saloon; there is no version for the Touring. The cage is designed on the scanned bodyshell of the saloon and therefore does not fit any other body style.

What exactly will I receive?

You receive the welded structure of this removable half cage F30 Sedan V1 with connecting sleeves, reinforcement plates, bolts, washers and nuts, documentation, the fitting instructions and the sticker set. The cage is unpainted, so you decide on the finish yourself.

What if my car has a sunroof or headlining?

When ordering, please state whether your car has a sunroof and whether the headlining will stay in place, and AST will tailor the roll cage accordingly.
