The AST Weld-in Roll Cage BMW E30 Coupé V4 NASCAR Door Bars is a full roll cage for the rear-wheel-drive BMW E30 3 Series with 2-door coupé bodywork. This Weld-in E30 Coupé V4 NASCAR has the V4 specification with an extra diagonal bar and harness bar, but with NASCAR door bars: instead of the standard door bar, there are several curved tubes in the door.

The cage is designed and built by AST Roll Cages in Spain, for drift drivers who expect a lot of side contact but still want to get in and out of the car easily.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. The NASCAR door bars extend into the door area, so the door card has to be modified or left out. AST digitises the bodyshell with laser scanners and designs the cage in 3D, so that it fits your car exactly. The welding is permanent and should be carried out by a specialist.

The NASCAR door bar version gives you more steel next to your hip and, at the same time, more room to get in than a standard door bar.
