The AST Weld-in Roll Cage BMW E34 Sedan V1 is a full roll cage for the BMW 5 Series E34 with 4-door saloon bodywork. This Weld-in E34 Sedan V1 is the basic version with main hoop and braces, and is permanently welded to the bodyshell at 8 points.

The cage is designed and built by AST Roll Cages in Spain, for builders who want to set up their E34 properly in one go and are looking for the lightest, most rigid mounting method.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. Fitting is permanent and the welding should be done by a specialist, with the interior stripped and clean around the welding areas. AST digitises the bodyshell with laser scanners and designs the cage in 3D, so that it fits your car exactly.

Eight welded mounting points turn the basic cage and the E34 saloon into a single structure, rather than two parts bolted together.
