The AST Weld-in Roll Cage BMW E46 Coupé V5 is a full roll cage for the BMW E46 with 2-door coupé bodywork. This Weld-in E46 V5 is the most comprehensive version in the range, with everything the V4 offers plus the heaviest layout AST designs for this chassis. The cage is permanently welded to the bodyshell at 8 points.

The cage is designed and built by AST Roll Cages in Spain, for drivers who don’t want to upgrade later but want the full version in the car straight away.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. Allow plenty of time for fitting, as this is the version with the most tubing and therefore also the most welding. AST digitises the bodyshell with laser scanners and designs the cage in 3D, so even with this full build your welder will hardly need to make any adjustments.

The V5 is the end point of the range: everything AST designs for the E46 Coupé is included.
