The AST Weld-in Roll Cage BMW G82 Coupé V5 is a full roll cage for the BMW 4 Series G82 with 2-door coupé bodywork. This Weld-in G82 Coupé V5 is the most comprehensive specification in the weld-in range and comes with the complete set of bars, permanently welded to the bodyshell at eight points.

The cage is designed and built by AST Roll Cages in Spain, for drivers who are building their G82 into a full competition car and do not want to make any compromises on the interior build.

Fitting and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. Because the V5 has the most tubes, a stripped-out interior and an experienced welder are especially important here. The G82 is a modern car with a lot of electronics and airbags, so plan the fitting carefully and work out in advance which trim, wiring and cover panels have to be removed. In addition, always check the regulations of your own sporting organisation.
