Description
Supra mk IV V4 roll cage
This Supra mk IV roll cage from Cybul Radical Solutions is the V4 version of the weld-in roll cage for the Toyota Supra A80 (mk IV). It is designed for maximum occupant safety and a considerably stiffer chassis, and is built to FIA Appendix J, so it meets the regulations of most track days and drift competitions.
The cage has been developed from a 3D scan of the Supra chassis and a 3D CAD design, which gives an exact fit. All tubes are CNC-bent, 3D laser-cut and notched at the contact points, and every tube is laser-engraved with a number that matches the fitting drawing. That way you always know which tube goes where when you weld.
The kit is made from CDS tube: 45 x 2.5 mm for the main hoop and 40 x 2 mm for the other tubes, in line with the FIA requirements for roll cage material. Laser-cut gussets and reinforcement plates, bolts and nuts, an H-shaped welding practice kit and printed fitting instructions are included.

Fitting and delivery
The cage is supplied as a kit and must be welded into the car by an experienced welder. Strip the interior, position the tubes according to the numbered drawing, tack-weld, check and then fully weld all round; the foot plates are welded or bolted to the floor. Allow several days’ work. Have the cage inspected by an approved body if your regulations require it. The cage is made to order; delivery time is 4 to 7 days.
A Supra mk IV roll cage built to FIA Appendix J, based on a 3D scan and with numbered tubes, so it fits and lines up right the first time you weld it.
Why choose this Supra mk IV roll cage?
Cybul Radical Solutions is one of the few European manufacturers that design roll cages from a 3D scan of the actual chassis. The result is a cage that fits without bending or improvising, with the correct tube sizes for FIA use and all plates and documentation included. For a Supra build that is serious about the track, this is the cage you can build on.
Frequently asked questions
Is the cage FIA-homologated?
The cage is built to FIA Appendix J. A homologation certificate depends on your organiser and scrutineering; always check the regulations for your class.
Is the cage supplied welded or bolted?
As a weld-in kit: the tubes are notched and numbered, and you weld the cage in yourself or have a welder do it.
What is the H-shaped welding practice kit?
Two short tube sections in an H shape for testing your welding settings and technique before you start on the cage.
What is the delivery time?
The cage is made to order; allow 4 to 7 days.
