With the DriftMax Basic lock kit E36 you can turn the front wheels of your BMW E36 up to 60°, while the original steering rack, suspension and brakes stay in place. The kit is plug-and-play and needs no modifications to the car.

The E36 is one of the most popular drift cars, and this kit is made as a smart first step for beginner drifters and track day drivers. Instead of its own hubs and bearings, the Basic version uses steering lock adapters. That puts the price below that of the complete DriftMax lock kit for the E36, while you still get the large steering angle and a geometry without Ackermann effect.

You can expand to the Pro version later by buying just the hubs. That way the kit grows with your driving style.
