• Breng je BMW E46 met M52/M54 naar een hoger prestatieniveau met dit hoogwaardige sportspaghetti spruitstuk + sport middenpijp systeem, voorzien van 300 cells Euro3/4 metalen sportkatalysatoren. Dit complete performancepakket zorgt voor optimale uitlaatflow, meer vermogen, sneller oppakken en een sportiever geluid.

  The system fits all BMW E46 M52/M54 6-cylinder models (excluding XI) and comes as a complete kit, but requires some modifications for correct fitting.

  Important points of attention and assembly instructions

  Not street legal

  • No E mark and no TÜV approval.
    Suitable for track use only.

  Mounting adjustments

  • Pipes from the catalytic converter to the rear silencer are not included.
    Eisenmann Soundrohr is recommended and available from us.

  • For E46 models with 6-speed or automatic transmission, the catalytic converters must be placed further back due to the longer transmission.
    Extension pipes are not included.

  • This configuration requires new lambda sensors behind the catalysts as the original wiring is too short.

  Lambda sensors

  • Never cut or extend wiring.

  • Remove the cables from their holders and route them behind the engine above the transmission.

  • Mark the sensors so that they are replaced in the correct position (front/rear).

  Additional installation instructions

  • The flange is deliberately not made of stainless steel for better sealing.

  • The suspension bracket of the original centre section has to be cut off and welded onto this high-flow system.

  • Place four nuts as spacers between bottom plate and underside of car for extra space.

  • After installation, one protective plate remains under the car instead of two.

  Including adapter set

  • The system includes an adapter set with Y-piece for models with one pipe to the rear silencer.

  • For 2-pipe systems, the adapter is not needed.

  Performance gain

  This is one of the most effective ways to get more power from a BMW E46 6-cylinder.
  Combined with a sport rear silencer obtained our tested E46 330i:

  • Power gain of around 20 hp

  • Torque increase of around 37 Nm

  The system provides a deeper, sportier sound. A not-too-loud sport muffler is recommended for the best balance.
