BMW E46 Coupé Aluminium Door Cards, Front Set

These E46 Coupé door cards replace the heavy original door trim with lightweight aluminium panels. One panel weighs just 1.2 kg, so you shed a fair amount of weight. They look clean and at the same time stiffen doors with a plastic or polyester outer skin.

The panels are CNC-cut from 1 mm thick aluminium and powder-coated on one side. You can mount them however you like, but pop rivets or self-tapping screws work best. The set is for the front doors and the price is for the pair.

Fitting and delivery

Please note, this is important before you order: the door handle must be relocated to the rear of the door. You will then open the door “over your shoulder”. The bushes you need for this are included in the set. Fit the panels with pop rivets or self-tapping screws. Delivery time is 4 to 7 days.

Why choose these E46 Coupé door cards?

The original door trim of an E46 is heavy, starts to rattle over time and breaks as soon as you have a roll cage or bucket seat next to it. These aluminium panels are light, look clean and are easy to wipe down. On doors with a polyester skin, they also restore the stiffness that was lost along with the original trim.
