The Multipoint S14 Coupé V3 is a full roll cage from AST Roll Cages for the two-door Nissan Silvia S14. The structure extends into the front compartment and is welded to the bodyshell at ten points.

The V3 is the version that adds the door bars. That is no minor detail: in a side impact, the distance between the door and the driver is small, and a door bar is what keeps that space intact. Together with the front reinforcement bars from the V2, you get a cage that absorbs both torsion and lateral loads.

The cage is supplied unpainted so that you can choose the finish yourself.

Fitting and delivery

Bear in mind that door bars take up space. Getting in is different from what you are used to, and the original door card usually no longer fits back in. So plan the fitting together with your choice of bucket seat and harnesses, so that everything works together. The structure is welded to a stripped bodyshell at ten points.

Each cage is custom-built after you order. The delivery time is 15 to 35 working days.

From the V3 onwards there is steel between you and the door, and you only notice it at the moment it counts.

Why choose this Multipoint S14 Coupé V3?

The S14 is narrow, and the driver sits close to the door. That is exactly why moving to door bars makes more sense in this car than in a wider one. Because AST first measures the bodyshell with laser scanners, the tubes follow the shape of the door without you having to bend sections to fit along the way. As a result, you keep more shoulder room than with a cage that is fitted on the spot.
