The AST Multipoint Weld-in Roll Cage Nissan Skyline R34 Coupé V3 is a full roll cage for the Nissan Skyline R34 with two-door coupé body, welded to the body at ten points. This Multipoint Roll Cage R34 V3 is supplied as a welding kit and welded into one unit in the car.

The difference with the standard weld-in range lies in the anchoring: ten weld points instead of eight. The extra points spread the forces even better over the body and make the connection between cage and shell stiffer. The V3 has a V-shaped rear structure and more tubing than the V2.

Installation and delivery

The cage is built to order; the standard delivery time is 15 to 35 working days. It comes as a welding kit and is welded into one unit in the car. Work from the back to the front: first the main hoop and the ten-point anchoring, then the front bars. Leave the welding to someone with experience in roll cages and use the included welding test sample to check the settings beforehand. On a R34 of this age, check beforehand that the mounting areas are free of rust: welding onto corroded panels gives a cage that will not do its job in a crash. This cage is intended for circuit and competition use; check the regulations of your own motorsport organisation beforehand.

Yes, as long as it is an R34 coupé. The cage sits in the interior and has nothing to do with the four-wheel drive of the GT-R.
