The BC Racing BR coilover kit RX-7 FC (part number N-06-BR-RA) is a coilover kit adjustable in height and damping, also simply called a coilover, for the Mazda RX-7 FC3S, model years 1985 to 1991. The spring rate is 6 kg/mm front and 5 kg/mm rear.
The BR series is BC Racing’s all-round coilover kit, for an RX-7 FC that is driven on the road and does the occasional track day or autocross. Monotube dampers with a linear piston, 30-click damping adjustment and a ride height that you set independently of the spring preload.
At 6 kg/mm front and 5 kg/mm rear, the springs are softer than on the other BC Racing kits for the FC, and BC Racing UK names this kit as the recommended BR kit for this model. At the front there are pillowball top mounts, at the rear rubber or the original mounting.

Fitting and delivery
The kit is vehicle-specific and replaces the original dampers and springs. We recommend having it fitted by an experienced mechanic. On some cars the pillowball top mount at the front requires a small modification to the upper mounting; if in doubt, contact us. Bear in mind that pillowball top mounts transmit more noise to the body than rubber top mounts. After setting the ride height, have the wheel alignment done again. The delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks as long as the manufacturer has stock. If BC Racing is temporarily out of stock, you can still order and we will let you know when the kit arrives.
With 6/5 kg/mm springs, the BR kit has a softer setup than the other BC Racing coilover kits for the Mazda RX-7 FC3S.
