The BC Racing ER coilover kit RX-8 10/8 (part number N-05-ER) is a coilover kit adjustable in height and damping, also simply called a coilover, for the Mazda RX-8 SE3P, model years 2003 to 2012. The spring rate is 10 kg/mm front and 8 kg/mm rear.
This is the ER kit that BC Racing UK recommends for the RX-8. The ER series is 2-way adjustable, has an external reservoir and is made for serious track and competition use.
The external reservoir holds extra oil, and BC Racing fills the dampers with fully synthetic oil with an ultra-high viscosity index. You adjust compression and rebound independently of each other, each in 30 clicks, and the dual piston provides digressive damping.
