Seat Arona V-Maxx Big Brake Kit 330 mm 4-piston

This big brake kit Arona from V-Maxx replaces the front brakes of the Seat Arona (KJ) with a complete performance brake kit featuring 330 mm two-piece brake discs and 4-piston calipers made of forged aluminium. The kit is ready to fit: vehicle-specific adapters ensure that the original rubber brake hoses connect directly.

This gives the Arona a brake system made for repeated hard braking, on the road and during a track day. The result is more braking torque, a firm pedal and much less fade. V-Maxx Autosport, a Dutch manufacturer, supplies the kit with a TÜV certificate according to §19.3 and a 2-year warranty.

Fitting and delivery

Fit the kit according to the V-Maxx fitting instructions supplied. The kit only fits an Arona with original steering knuckles. Clean the brake kit with a mild soap and do not use wheel cleaner, as it attacks the aluminium. For heavy track use, V-Maxx recommends removing the dust seals from the calipers.

Available options are a different caliper colour (black, blue or yellow at extra cost; red RAL 3020 is standard), V-Maxx Steelflex brake hoses 620 mm (set of 2) for the front axle with PTFE inner hose and TÜV approval, Ferodo brake fluid of 500 ml, a V-Maxx wear indicator set and an extra set of Ferodo FDSR216 DS Performance brake pads (note: no TÜV approval). Delivery time: 4 to 7 days.
